During the pitching process, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a variety of designs needed to enhance the sales presentations. The Graphic Designer must be able to base his/her work on the creative brief and deliver within often tight deadlines. Often, the quality of these designs is the deciding factor of whether or not the agency wins the project.

Once the projects move into production, the Graphic Designer should develop the design required such as the communication materials (Key Visuals, invitations, floor plans etc.) but also the production items (backdrops, decorations, etc.) These designs should be provided ready-to-use by the agency’s vendors (printers, production-house, etc.) to guarantee smooth execution.

The Graphic Designer should support the design of the company’s marketing materials (website, brochures, etc.) as well as the regular working tools (name cards, etc.) .

Qualifications & Abilities

3. Proficient in Adobe Suite including .ai, .psd, .indd, + MS Powerpoint.
