In a dazzling showcase of culinary excellence, the Tatler Dining Off Menu Luxe event – held as an exclusive collaboration with UOB Private Bank – united Thailand’s most celebrated culinary talents for an unforgettable evening at the Capella Bangkok.

Guided by their culinary genius, Chef Thierry Drapeau from Signature at VIE Hotel, Chef ‘Pam’ Pichaya Utharntharm from Potong, and Davide Garavaglia from Cote at Capella concocted a gastronomic journey that delighted the 200 guests in attendance with six exclusive “Off Menu” dishes not typically found at their respective restaurants.

The evening began with warm words of welcome from Mr. Khoo Lin Wein, UOB Private Bank’s Regional Market Head for Southeast Asia, as guests gathered in anticipation of a memorable night. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement, heightened by the Caviar Kavari booth by Thammachart Seafood, the Cocktail Bar by Blue Label, and a talented jazz trio who serenaded the event, all of which added delightful nuances to the evening. As the night continued, it took an even more enchanting turn when Chef Thierry Drapeau presented an exclusive live culinary art performance, artistically “painting” a dessert on a large canvas before mesmerised guests.
