Following the improvement of the pandemic situation in Singapore, the Ministry of Health recently announced the easing of a number of virus prevention restrictions – including the lifting of group size limits, mask-wearing requirements and social distancing.
Additionally, capacity limits for events and venues have also been updated!
The Latest Updates
Masks and Social Distancing
Masks are still mandatory indoors, including on public transport, but optional in outdoor settings and encouraged when in crowded locations. Social distancing is no longer required between individuals or groups.
Travel to Singapore
Pre-departure tests are no longer needed for travellers and children (aged 12 and below) who are fully vaccinated before entering Singapore.
Events and Venues
Capacity limits will be lifted for all events, however nightlife venues where dancing is the main activity will still see a 75% cap. Check-in will be required if an event has over 500 attendees.
