Singapore Bicentennial: Pathfinder Pavillions by Zarch Collaboratives

As part of the Singapore Bicentennial celebrations, Zarch Collaboratives created the Pathfinder pavilions in Fort Canning Park, inviting onlookers to explore the rich history of the country. The Singapore Bicentennial is a year-long event to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Singapore’s founding by Sir Stamford Raffles and reflects upon its development in the region. Notably, the Pavilions are positioned to create a multi-sectional exploration experience that allows one to roam through Singapore’s first botanical garden and revel at the unique installations. Incorporating AR technology, the “Emporium of the East” exhibition allows the user to interact with the 3D-printed objects within the architecture space. What was your favourite experience during the Singapore Bicentennial?
