Responsibilities

With 14 years in the business and 9 offices based around Asia, Riviera is a well estab- lished agency that specialise in events for hospitality, luxury brands and B2B events.

We are looking for a creative savant to tell stories, develop concepts and communicate to inspire the design teams to produce beautiful events for a wide variety of brands across the various offices.

1.Talent for creating beautiful visual design concepts for an experiential guest journey

2.Strong storytelling and visualisation skills to communicate your ideas, designs and concepts

3.Provide leadership, inspiration and management to drive projects forward and improve the quality of creative output across the company

Qualifications & Abilities

1.Local Thai or foreign resident with bachelor or Masters degree in related field (visual communication, copywriting, design or related field)

2.Minimum 2 years experience in events, design, branding, advertising agency

3.Fluency in English (Bilingual for bonus points)

4.Fantastic communication skills to develop proposals and work closely with the creative team to bring these visions to life

5.Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

6.Understanding of latest trends and technology used to elevate guest experiences

7.Ability to work under pressure and to manage deadlines effectively

8.Enthusiastic personality and team player

9.Exceptional sense of aesthetics and ability to build mood boards / visual direction

Responsibilities

Maximize client satisfaction by achieving projects goals within the agreed-upon schedule.

Deliver projects within the agreed-upon budget aiming at maximising gross margin.

Drive client relationships, once projects have been handed-over to Operations.

Develop the agency’s vendors’ panel.

Qualifications & Abilities

1.Local Thai or foreign resident with a bachelor degree required.
2. Fluent English required (spoken and written).
3. At least two years work experience in Project Management at an international event agency required.
4. Results-driven, determined & a great work ethic.
5. Ability to work in a team.
6. Responsible, can be held accountable.
7. Can be tough against adversity.
8. Great with details.
9. Honest.
