As part of a new brand launched in Mainland China by the Banyan Tree Group, the HOMM Huzhou Xisaishan Hotel is set to become an exciting addition to the country’s hospitality landscape. With its distinct style and flair that perfectly embody the city of Huzhou, guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in local culture while enjoying a tranquil hotel surrounded by the area’s unique scenery.
Celebrating the Upcoming Grand Opening
To mark the completion of preparations ahead of the hotel’s Grand Opening, our China team was honoured to assist in planning and managing a special appreciation dinner. This event served not only to thank the staff for their dedication but also to present the operational status of the new brand in China to the Banyan Tree Group’s head office in Singapore. The occasion was formally titled the HOMM Huzhou Xisaishan Black Tie Event.
Crafting a Bespoke Creative Concept
Before the Black Tie event, we focused on creating a design concept that reflected the hotel’s identity. Since each property is represented by an endangered species, symbolising the brand’s commitment to protecting nature and wildlife, our creative team incorporated the hotel’s mascot – the crane – into the overall design. As a result, the event visually echoed the hotel’s core values and natural surroundings.
Delivering a Memorable Experience
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a vibrant programme that included speeches from key stakeholders both onsite and via Zoom, as well as dynamic entertainment. Our team provided complete production services, including lighting, sound, a live jazz band, custom backdrops, photography, and more. We are proud to have delivered a flawless experience for this important celebration.
