It featured renowned chefs presenting chilli-infused dishes from across the globe—Mexico, China, India, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Chilli Fest 2023 gathered a stellar line-up of chefs. Highlights included Chef Deepanker Khosla of Haoma, Chef ‘Ton’ Thitid Tassanakajohn of Le Du and Nusara, Chef ‘Tap’ Supasit Kokpol from Coda Bangkok, and Chef ‘Toi’ Pillion Kamnag of Saneh Jaan.
