PICO, the renowned VR brand owned by Bytedance (parent company of TikTok), entrusted our Thailand event team with the launch of the PICO 4 VR headset. Designed to spotlight their all-in-one XR platform, the event aimed to inspire the community, media, developers, and businesses to embrace the possibilities of virtual reality.
An Immersive Setting at Bangkok Marriott Marquis
Held at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel, the event began with a sophisticated atmosphere that set the tone for what followed. Mr. Allen An, PICO’s Regional Director for Southeast Asia, opened with a compelling speech that stirred anticipation across the audience. Guests then made their way to explore the interactive PICO experience booths.
A Seamless and Interactive VR Experience
Our Bangkok-based event team ensured every element of the launch reflected Riviera Events’ dedication to excellence. We installed four VR booths where nearly a hundred guests tested the PICO 4 headset. On stage, captivating demos were streamed in real time using a dedicated network, projecting the VR user view live on LED screens—blending technology with entertainment.
Enhancing Engagement with Local Touches
To elevate the guest experience, we included exclusive giveaways. These featured items from Thai lifestyle brand Everyday KMKM and luxurious bath towels—adding a local and thoughtful element to the event.
