Introduction

Located on the edge of Victoria Harbour, Regent Hong Kong is a reimagined icon of discreet luxury, offering serene accommodations, refined dining, bespoke service and spectacular views of Hong Kong’s skyline. Designed by Hong Kong-born visionary Chi Wing Lo, the hotel’s 497 guestrooms and suites are conceived as private “Personal Havens” above the energy of the city.

With its prime Kowloon waterfront location, extensive event facilities and signature hospitality, Regent Hong Kong provides an exceptional setting for celebrations, gatherings and bespoke occasions. The hotel’s latest addition, The Terrace, is a spectacular indoor-outdoor waterfront venue overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline.

Riviera Events Services – Creating an Italian Riviera escape by Victoria Harbour

To celebrate the opening of The Terrace, Regent Hong Kong invited guests to discover its new indoor-outdoor waterfront venue through an intimate two-day soirée inspired by the Italian Riviera.

Riviera developed the creative concept and managed its delivery from initial direction through to on-site styling. Our aim was to transform the space into a warm, immersive setting that captured the effortless elegance, colour and convivial spirit of a Mediterranean escape – while showcasing The Terrace as a versatile venue for distinctive events.

Bringing the concept to life

The experience was designed to evoke the relaxed sophistication and convivial spirit of the Italian Riviera, bringing together considered styling, sensory details and interactive moments to create a warm and immersive atmosphere. Guests were invited to dine, connect and explore the space at their own pace, discovering a distinctive Mediterranean setting that showcased The Terrace as a versatile venue for memorable occasions.

An immersive showcase for The Terrace

Through creative storytelling, atmospheric styling and carefully curated guest touchpoints, Riviera helped Regent Hong Kong present The Terrace as more than a new venue. The event demonstrated its potential as an adaptable setting for brand showcases, VIP receptions, private celebrations and other memorable occasions.

Held from 16–17 September 2026, the opening marked an exciting new chapter for Regent Hong Kong and offered guests an engaging first look at The Terrace’s waterfront appeal.
