Bordeaux Wine Council & Stelliers: Wine Dinners Across China
Working together with the Bordeaux Wine Council and Stelliers, our event planners in China were delighted to assist with the conceptualisation and management of a series of multi-city wine dinners travelling across the country.
A Refined Debut in Shanghai
The first leg of the series launched with an intimate wine dinner at Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire, located in the Capella Hotel Shanghai, Jian Ye Li. Invited guests included high-profile general managers and corporate leaders from Shanghai’s hospitality industry. They gathered to uncork traditions and explore the diversity of Bordeaux wines during an elegant dinner, held as part of the new communications campaign: More Bordeaux, More Colors.
Crafting an Immersive Wine Experience
From the moment guests arrived, every detail was carefully curated. Starting with wine-based welcome cocktails and continuing through a full wine pairing dinner, we managed the event’s scenography, production, concept design, KV creation, venue sourcing, and more. We are proud to have brought this sophisticated evening to life — and we look forward to the upcoming editions in Guangzhou, Beijing, and Chengdu!
