Premium Paddock Club Hospitality

As part of the Formula 1 Paddock Club™, DO & CO delivered an elevated hospitality experience for VIP guests, partners and invited attendees throughout the three-day event. Riviera Events played a key role in supporting the smooth operation of this premium environment through the provision and management of a professional hospitality team.

Riviera recruited and coordinated 19 professional hostesses to support guest arrival, wayfinding, hospitality assistance and guest flow across the Paddock Club. The team was deployed across designated positions throughout the race weekend, helping create a welcoming, polished and seamless experience for every guest.

Riviera Events Services: End-to-End Team Coordination

Riviera’s scope covered hostess recruitment and selection, roster and manpower coordination, pre-event briefings, accreditation support, training-day coordination and on-site team management. Acting as the key liaison between DO & CO and the hostess team, Riviera ensured that the team remained well briefed, professionally presented and responsive to the operational requirements of the event.

Working in the fast-paced environment of an international motorsport event, our team supported the Paddock Club’s hospitality operations with flexibility, efficiency and attention to detail.
