Our team coordinated a carefully integrated schedule spanning high-profile partner signing ceremonies, private business discussions, workshops and a premium client reception. The programme was designed to position Lloyd’s Register as an active industry partner during Gastech – not simply a participant – while creating meaningful opportunities for conversation and collaboration.

At BITEC, Riviera supported multiple signing ceremonies at partner stands, managing on-site coordination in a fast-moving exhibition environment while ensuring every moment was captured through professional photography and videography.

Premium Client Reception

The programme culminated in an exclusive client reception at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, welcoming approximately 150 guests for an evening of networking, refreshments, live music and Thai instrumental performance. A welcome address created a meaningful focal point before the reception transitioned into a relaxed, relationship-led atmosphere.

Designed to reflect Lloyd’s Register’s international standing and premium brand presence, the evening balanced polished hospitality with authentic opportunities for clients, partners and senior industry representatives to connect.
