Known for its vibrant atmosphere, thrilling rides, engaging games, and interactive installations, the AIA Carnival is Hong Kong’s premier winter festival. Held annually at the iconic Central Harbourfront, it attracts visitors of all ages with its family-friendly appeal.
Marriott Bonvoy Exclusive Celebration
This year, Marriott Bonvoy and W Hotels co-hosted a private event, blending the timeless traditions of Chinese New Year with modern festivities. Designed exclusively for Marriott Bonvoy members, this activation reflected the brand’s commitment to heritage, innovation, and luxury experiences.
Immersive Cultural Activities
The celebration began in a VIP lounge, where Marriott Bonvoy members explored hotel-branded goods, purchased souvenirs, and tried their luck at a fun Cacha machine. Meanwhile, a private calligraphy workshop welcomed media and key opinion leaders (KOLs). They learned to craft their own 春联 (Spring couplets) and the character 福, symbolizing good fortune and Marriott’s signature hospitality.
A Night of Music and Entertainment
As night fell, the VIP lounge transformed into an electrifying W DJ party hosted by W Hong Kong. VIP guests enjoyed dynamic beats from DJ Murphy, expertly crafted cocktails, and gourmet catering. The highlight of the evening was the Luminous LED Ribbon Dance, a mesmerising performance celebrating the Year of the Snake, symbolising renewal and strength, perfectly complementing W Hotels’ bold identity.
