The program featured a branded welcome reception with signature mocktails, on-schedule business discussions with strong attendee participation, and seamlessly managed hospitality operations throughout. Despite last-minute adjustments – including a dinner venue change and evolving guest requirements – the event achieved high attendance, positive feedback on venue quality and organization, and strong client satisfaction.

As the flagship program from Mixpanel – a leading product analytics platform used by thousands of companies worldwide – MXP delivers high-impact gatherings that combine strategic business discussions, knowledge sharing, and curated networking experiences. The MXP APAC edition extends this mission to the Asia-Pacific region, convening regional leadership, international delegates, and local stakeholders to strengthen industry connections and showcase best practices in product analytics across dynamic APAC markets.

Event Highlights

The three-day program opened with a customized welcome reception that set a personalized, professional tone for the gathering. Conference sessions at The Glass House ran according to schedule, with attendees actively engaging in meetings and networking opportunities. Hotel operations at Mövenpick BDMS – including accommodation management, transportation coordination, and registration processes – were executed smoothly, while dietary requirements were carefully accommodated across all event functions. The high level of coordination between the hotel, conference venue, and external dinner location ensured a seamless guest experience throughout the event.

The Riviera team navigated several dynamic challenges, including sourcing and securing an alternative dinner venue when the originally planned location became unavailable at short notice. Multiple guest room amendments and additional room-night requests required continuous coordination with the hotel, while final attendee numbers and dietary requirements continued to evolve close to the event date. Managing multiple venues demanded detailed communication among all stakeholders, and weather considerations were factored into operations without disrupting the program – demonstrating Riviera’s ability to deliver reliably under changing conditions.
