Celebrating Culinary Excellence with Off Menu

Off Menu is a global culinary event that brings together some of the world’s best Michelin-starred chefs and mixologists. Hosted in cities across the globe, it celebrates gastronomic creativity by showcasing bold culinary innovations and immersive dining experiences.

Introducing “Crave the Unexpected” in Bangkok

In anticipation of the main event, our event planning team in Thailand was invited to organise the Off Menu “Crave the Unexpected” Press Conference 2023. Held at The Peninsula Bangkok, the conference served as an exciting preview of the food and drink festival. Guests were introduced to the concept and learned that the event will feature 12 Michelin-starred chefs and mixologists from around the world.

Tasting Stations and Sponsor Recognition

The event opened with a welcome speech by Benoit C. Thebaut, Regional Director of Events and Experiences at Tatler Asia. He expressed gratitude to the event’s seven sponsors: The Peninsula Bangkok, Lucaris, Vittel, Megaton, Perrier, Fentimans, and Cafés Richard.

Following the speech, guests explored interactive tasting stations. Michelin-starred chefs showcased their skills live, offering guests a chance to sample inventive dishes and discover unexpected flavour combinations.

A Flavourful Success

The Off Menu Press Conference generated great excitement for the upcoming festival.
