Distilled from a meticulously aged blend in China’s famed Moutai Town (Guizhou Province), Shang Yang Tai is a premium Baijiu brand now making its mark in Singapore. Produced using traditional methods and aged over several years, the spirit offers a smooth, refined taste. This launch results from a partnership between Singapore-based PUTIENand renowned Baijiu experts.
Crafting an Elegant and Cultural Product Launch
To honour Chinese heritage and elevate Fujian cuisine, our event planners in Singapore curated an exclusive gathering for 90 invited guests. In close collaboration with the brand’s team, we crafted an experience that blended sophistication with cultural storytelling.
The evening opened with welcome speeches from Moufans Commune and the hosting partners, setting the tone for what followed. Expert speakers then guided guests through the cultural heritage and historical roots of Baijiu, creating a deeper appreciation for the spirit.
An Immersive Tasting and Dining Experience
The event featured two main components: a tasting session and a paired dinner. During the tasting, guests enjoyed a range of nuanced flavours in a relaxed setting, enhanced by live music from a modern string quartet. The evening continued with a curated meal that showcased the spirit’s versatility through thoughtful pairings.
