In collaboration with Stelliers, Asia’s leading hotelier awards platform, and NORDAQ, Title Partner for Stelliers Asia 2025 and a global pioneer in sustainable water solutions, we had the pleasure of producing two exclusive showcase dinners. The first took place in Singapore at Quenino by Victor Liong at Artyzen Singapore; the second, in Manila at NOBU, City of Dreams.
Each evening was carefully curated to feel intimate, thoughtful, and engaging. Notably, it connected NORDAQ directly with key leaders in the hospitality industry across both cities. The programme began with a cocktail reception, offering guests a relaxed environment for informal networking. This created a natural opportunity for genuine connections between hoteliers, Stelliers staff, and NORDAQ representatives, including their CEO, Johanna Mattsson.
The highlight of the evening was a blind water tasting. Guests compared NORDAQ’s water, paired with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne, which subtly enhanced flavours. This interactive moment revealed how water, often overlooked, can play a vital role in the overall culinary experience.
Furthermore, both dinners featured refined, multi-course menus. Several dishes were introduced by the chefs themselves, adding a personal storytelling element to the experience. These thoughtful touches encouraged meaningful conversations and fostered a deeper emotional connection between NORDAQ and attending hospitality leaders.
