Off Menu “Crave the Unexpected” Press Conference 2023

Off Menu is a culinary event that features some of the world’s best Michelin-starred chefs and mixologists. Hosted in different cities around the world, the event is a celebration of gastronomic excellence, showcasing culinary innovations and unique experiences that redefine the art of dining.

Ahead of the upcoming event, our event planning team in Thailand were called upon to craft the Off Menu “Crave the Unexpected” Press Conference 2023. Held at The Peninsula Bangkok, the event was a thrilling announcement for the upcoming food and drink festival set to showcase 12 Michelin-starred chefs and mixologists, and gave attendees a sneak peek of what to expect.

The event kicked off with a speech from Benoit C. Thebaut, Regional Director of Events and Experiences at Tatler Asia, who also thanked the event’s seven sponsors: The Peninsula Bangkok, Lucaris, Vittel, Megaton, Perrier, Fentimans and Cafes Richard. Following the speech, guests were treated to the highlight of the event: food and drink tasting stations, where Michelin-starred chefs demonstrated their culinary skills and provided guests the chance to discover new tastes and flavours.
