Collaborating once again with Tatler, Riviera Events had the pleasure of managing the Off Menu Festival—Bangkok’s most anticipated fine dining event. Held in the lush riverside garden of The Peninsula Bangkok, the event offered a once-in-a-lifetime experience featuring a curated drinks menu, locally inspired cuisine, and well-known DJs.
A Culinary Adventure Like No Other
The menu was a true feast for the senses. Guests explored bold flavour combinations through inventive drinks crafted by award-winning mixologists and creative dishes served across various chef stations. To elevate the culinary journey, 13 world-renowned chefs from Thailand joined forces to co-create the menu. Among them were Michelin-starred talents including Arnaud Dunand Sauthier (Maison Dunand), Garima Arora (Gaa), Thierry Drapeau (Signature), and Henk Savelberg (Savelberg).
