Tatler’s Off Menu Festival: Crave the Unexpected

Collaborating with Tatler once again, Riviera Events had the pleasure of managing the Off Menu Festival, the most highly-anticipated fine dining event in Bangkok, Thailand. Guests in attendance had the opportunity to indulge in a once-in-a-lifetime experience featuring a specially-curated drinks menu, locally-inspired cuisine, and well-known DJs, making it the ultimate gastronomic extravaganza held in the lush riverside garden of The Peninsula Bangkok.

With a carefully crafted menu boasting inventive drinks by award-winning mixologists and exceptional dishes from a variety of chef stations, guests were taken on a flavourful adventure that showcased exciting flavour combinations they would have never savoured before. To add even more excitement, the event brought together 13 world-renowned chefs from Thailand who joined forces to collaborate on the menu, including Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Dunand Sauthier of Maison Dunand, Garima Arora of Gas, Thierry Drapeau of Signature and Henk Savelberg of Savelberg.

As the official event planner for Off Menu Bangkok, our event management team in Thailand was responsible for everything from event production and logistics to the selection and booking of renowned DJs to keep guests entertained throughout the evening. This unique and unparalleled culinary experience was the latest in a series of events that our team has planned for Tatler over the years, showcasing our ability to consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
