A Spellbinding Start to the Season

As autumn began to drape Shanghai in its golden hues, our event planning team in China launched an exciting creative project with Jing’an Shangri-La Hotel. The brief was simple yet bold: transform the 1515 West Bar into the Enchanted Bar, a Halloween-themed pop-up that captured the spirit of the season with tricks, treats, boos, and booze.

A Bar Transformed into a Mystical Escape

We carefully crafted every detail of the Enchanted Bar. Guests stepping inside found themselves immersed in an otherworldly atmosphere, where deep blacks mingled with withered roses, creeping vines, crystal chandeliers, and the glow of gilded candlesticks. The mood was both eerie and elegant.

Creative Collaboration at Its Finest

Our Shanghai event management team worked hand in hand with Jing’an Shangri-La to bring this chilling concept to life. The result was a striking transformation that turned the bustling 1515 West Bar into a fully immersive experience. More than just a visual upgrade, the design was durable, functional, and tailored for a high-traffic hotel environment.

Open until 5 November 2023, the Enchanted Bar invites guests into a spellbinding world where Halloween magic meets upscale hospitality. With creative cocktails, seasonal bites, and an unforgettable atmosphere, this activation reinforced Jing’an Shangri-La’s position as one of Shanghai’s most distinctive destinations.
