This commitment was showcased during a significant multi-day event, hosting the world’s largest farm owners from various countries including Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, and Ukraine.
The event spanned an entire week, unfolding in prominent Chinese regions such as Shanghai, Shandong, and Beijing, and combined high-level sessions at the Langham Xintiandi with immersive cultural experiences, including visits to Shanghai’s Yu Garden, the Great Wall, and the Forbidden City, as well as significant corporate excursions like a visit to Alibaba’s HQ in Hangzhou. These activities not only provided a platform for global networking but also enriched guests’ understanding of China’s rich heritage and modern advancements.
Our role, as an event management company operating across China, was comprehensive, encompassing logistics management – from local transportation and accommodation to executing evening dinners and cultural tours. Additionally, our event planning team skilfully handled the production and delivery of the main sessions, ensuring each segment reflected Syngenta’s high standards and facilitated meaningful exchanges among international agriculture leaders.
