Tatler Dining Off Menu Hong Kong
The Tatler Dining Off Menu Hong Kong, a spectacular three-day food and drink festival, took place on the picturesque rooftop terrace of the recently renovated Peak Galleria. This unique event, organized by Tatler Dining Hong Kong, achieved resounding success by bringing together the finest local and international culinary talents for an exceptional showcase of chef collaborations and inventive mixology, all centered around the spirit of Hong Kong.
Over 1300 guests were treated to an extraordinary gastronomic experience, as renowned chefs from around the city and leading Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide teamed up to create 12 exclusive “off-menu” dishes. In addition to the culinary delights, the festival offered a lively array of beverages, with four top bars in Hong Kong crafting bespoke cocktails and mocktails inspired by classic Hong Kong flavors and premium spirits from Talisker, Tanqueray, Don Julio, and non-alcoholic offering Seedlip. The event also featured the exclusive presentation of Baijiu Beer by The Baijiu Society, along with natural wines and coffee drinks from local champions, Interval Coffee Bar. The vibrant atmosphere was further enhanced by captivating musical performances from DJ Kulu, a local legend, and the talented indie band Mukzi & The Island, adding to the sensory delights of the festival.
