In a dazzling celebration of haute cuisine, the Tatler Dining Off Menu Luxe event, held in collaboration with UOB Private Bank, brought together some of Thailand’s most renowned chefs for an unforgettable evening at Capella Bangkok. The event welcomed 200 guests into a world of creativity, elegance, and gourmet excellence.

Celebrated Chefs Create Exclusive “Off Menu” Dishes

Leading the culinary journey, Chef Thierry Drapeau (Signature at VIE Hotel), Chef ‘Pam’ Pichaya Utharntharm (Potong), and Chef Davide Garavaglia (Côte at Capella) each presented two unique “Off Menu” creations. These dishes, unavailable at their regular restaurants, delighted guests with their innovation and flair.

Atmosphere Charged with Elegance and Excitement

The evening began with a warm welcome from Mr. Khoo Lin Wein, UOB Private Bank’s Regional Market Head for Southeast Asia. Guests arrived in anticipation and were immediately immersed in a vibrant setting. The Caviar Kavari booth by Thammachart Seafood, the Blue Label Cocktail Bar, and a live jazz trio added layers of sophistication and entertainment throughout the night.

As the evening progressed, Chef Thierry Drapeau elevated the experience even further. In a stunning display of culinary performance, he created a dessert masterpiece live on stage, “painting” directly onto a canvas. The moment captivated guests and highlighted the event’s artistic soul.
