Together, these high‑impact dining and lifestyle experiences elevated Rosewood Hong Kong’s summer offering for both hotel guests and local visitors, reinforcing the property’s role as a destination for unique, immersive hospitality.

Introduction

Rosewood Hong Kong is a flagship ultra‑luxury hotel on the Kowloon waterfront, overlooking Victoria Harbour and offering 400+ rooms and suites alongside multiple award‑winning dining concepts that blend residential‑style comfort with contemporary design.  Mila, Rosewood Doha’s Bib Gourmand–recognized restaurant, serving modern, comfort‑driven Eastern Mediterranean cuisine rooted in the flavors of the Levant, made its highly anticipated East Asian debut at Rosewood Hong Kong’s Botanical Kitchen as a limited‑run summer pop-up. Riviera led the creative concept, spatial design, installation, and event production for Mila’s summer residency at Rosewood Hong Kong, turning Botanical Kitchen and the poolside areas into cohesive, on‑brand experiences that delivered on both hospitality and storytelling.

We were asked by the client to reimagine Botanical Kitchen as a Lebanese‑inspired restaurant with warm tones, comfortable seating, and a vibrant atmosphere, placing the semi‑outdoor bar at the heart of the experience with dedicated shisha service.  In parallel, we were tasked with creating a poolside summer activation featuring branded styling, lounge seating, and a signature coconut kiosk.

Working to an accelerated timeline, our team developed practical, fast‑to‑install solutions, carefully designed around Rosewood Hong Kong’s existing high‑end furnishings – introducing layered décor, structural accents, and bar enhancements that transformed the space to match the new concept while fully respecting the original interiors.
